"Outstanding! This word singularly describes the level of service that Jon provided to us during our recent real estate transactions. We were the first-time-home-sellers and were hoping to get an agent who would understand our needs and help us move into our new home with relative ease. Jon happened to be the listing agent for the home we were looking to buy. When I met Jon, his honesty and professionalism convinced me that he was the perfect agent to help me list my original home as well. We were absolutely right! From the moment that we first met Jon to discuss selling our home, he walked us through each and every step of the way. He helped us get the house ready to be listed, including negotiating reasonable prices from painters, handymen and cleaners. I never give 5 stars for anything, but we are in our dream home, and it's all because of Jon Levine!

That may sound cheesy, but when I started looking for the right house for my wife, daughter, and our growing family, I realized it was going to be harder than I thought. We tried a few other agents, they were very professional and knowledgeable, but I never felt I could trust them.

When I met Jon, I immediately knew he was different, and he told me about the listing that eventually became our home. They didn't have an open house listed on Zillow, but he called the seller's agent and they were able to show us the house that day.

Jon happily showed us a lot more properties, and was always looking for places that met all of our requirements (like great schools, etc.).

Once we started the process, he was extremely helpful. Anytime I had a question, he answered it, or found the answer quickly.

Jon moves fast! His real estate partner calls him the "James Brown of Real Estate", because James Brown was called the hardest working man in show business, and Jon certainly works hard!

One example is after the inspection was done, the inspector ran through the problems with the house, and in the time it took me to go to my car, write a check, give it to the inspector and come back inside, Jon already had a Roofer, Plumber, Electrician, Structural engineer and an A/C repair person line up to check the issues in the next 24 hours! I think my jaw hit the floor.

Another example is we closed on a Wednesday, and were moving in on Friday. He had everyone lined up Thursday, except the roofer, and by Friday afternoon when we got to the house, it was ready to go!

He constantly went to bat for us, negotiated a great deal, countered, and got us the best prices for the contract work that needed to happen.

I work in the entertainment industry, and there were many things that I couldn't be available for. Jon took care of everything that I couldn't. Even long after the move, he's still helping us out a lot, by being at our house to let other workers in as we remodel a few things here and there etc.

He's great with communication. All the silly questions I have, he answers no matter if I text him, email or call.

I could keep going on, but I think this review speaks for itself how my family and I feel about Jon.
